    Our order processing time is 2–3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that cut-off time for same-day processing is 8 AM to 4 PM EST. Any orders placed after 4 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

We maintain a transparent and simplified shipping fee structure for all our customers within the United States:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $9.99 for all orders, regardless of the destination or product type within the USA.

  • Any promotional shipping offers or adjustments will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout stage.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

The total time it takes for your package to arrive is the sum of our handling time and the carrier's transit time:

  • Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Delivery Estimate: 7–11 business days from the date the order was placed.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.
